First Appointment
When you are ready to send us an email or give us a call, please make sure to leave a message with a callback number and a good time to call. We will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule our first call.
After our first call, you will receive a link to our secure HIPPA-compliant patient portal -- your link to your services. You will be sent paperwork to fill out and return prior to the intake appointment. The intake appointment is 90 minutes. This appointment is to gather information about you; to understand what you need; and for you to decide if the clinician is a good fit. After the intake we will schedule your first therapy session so that you can begin to feel better.
InPerson or Telehealth
Budd Therapy now offers either in person sessions at the office in Liberty Corner or virtual via a HIPPA compliant web service. The choice is yours.
Payment
Payment is expected at time of services.
A credit card or HSA card is kept on a secure HIPPA compliant platform and will be charged after the service is complete. You will be send a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
