Do you seem high-functioning on the outside, but inside you’re overwhelmed—struggling to hold it all together just to get through the day?
Maybe you understand why you’re feeling anxious, low, or stuck, but despite that insight, nothing seems to change. You still find yourself sidelined by anxiety, flashbacks, or depression.

Perhaps you’ve been in therapy for years, but you’re still battling sleepless nights, strained relationships, or persistent anxiety. Long-term therapy without clear progress can leave you feeling frustrated and hopeless.

If you’re exhausted, stuck, or feel like you’ve talked everything through but still aren’t feeling better—you’re not alone.

I'm a certified EMDR therapist who helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and the lingering effects of painful life experiences. Whether your past includes major events or quiet, invisible wounds, my goal is to help you feel safe, grounded, and whole again.

I became a therapist because I truly believe healing is possible—even when traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough. That’s why I use a range of approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other evidence-based therapies that help both the brain and body process trauma in ways that lead to real, lasting change.

I hold a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and have worked in both private practice and leadership roles at nonprofit agencies. I'm certified or trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, and I tailor each session to your unique needs.

In our work together, I offer deep compassion combined with a structured, effective approach—so you can not only understand your pain but begin to truly feel relief from it.

There is nothing more powerful than the way clients talk to themselves about themselves.

Trauma isn't just what happened to you. It's also what didn’t—what you needed but never received.

You may be struggling with anxiety, emotional numbness, or patterns in relationships that leave you feeling unseen or overwhelmed. Whether you’ve experienced overt trauma—such as physical, sexual, or emotional abuse—or subtle wounds like neglect, inconsistency, or emotional disconnection, the effects are real and lasting.

Many of the adults I work with carry trauma they didn’t initially recognize, because it came in the form of what was missing—not feeling safe, soothed, or fully accepted in childhood.

I offer a safe, supportive space to explore these experiences and their impact on your current life. Together, we’ll gently uncover the roots of your pain, build inner resilience, and help you reconnect with your authentic self.

I’m trained in EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy. With a Master of Social Work from Fordham University, and earlier degrees in Economics and Finance, I bring both life experience and clinical insight to my work.

Healing is possible. You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

Let’s begin the journey toward clarity, connection, and a more grounded relationship with yourself and others.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empowerment, emphasizing that we hold the keys to our healing journey.

It’s natural to look back and feel stuck in regrets, self-criticism, or the weight of “should haves.” Maybe you catch yourself thinking, “I’m lazy,” “I’ll never be good enough,” or “I’m worthless.” Other times, big life changes or painful losses can leave you picking up the pieces and wondering how to move forward. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and therapy can help.

I believe we’re all doing the best we can with what we know. With the right support, healing and growth are possible. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process challenges, build on your strengths, and take steps toward meaningful change.

My background includes trauma-focused training and experience in vocational counseling, outpatient care, partial hospitalization, and crisis services. Through this work, I’ve seen how resilient people truly are — and how powerful it is to feel understood and supported.

In our sessions, I take a collaborative, flexible approach, using tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, parts work, and solution-focused therapy. I especially enjoy helping people heal from trauma, set healthy boundaries, grow in confidence, and explore life or career goals. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and create space for new, healthier ways of moving forward.
