SUE HENDERSON TEPPER, LCSW

As a licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years experience in both private practice and agency settings, Sue Henderson Tepper has helped people deal with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, major and minor traumatic events as well as ongoing symptoms of traumas patients have experienced.
 

In 2007, Sue founded Budd Therapy Group, LLC, opening a private practice to assist clients with life issues.  In 2014, she expanded her experience by working for a domestic violence agency overseeing a shelter and clinical outreach program, treating women who were affected by interpersonal violence. Sue also supervised counselors and case managers at the agency. In 2018,  she re-launched Budd Therapy Group, LLC by establishing an office at Center Point Wellness. 

Today, Sue sees clients in private practice as well as through supervising clinical programs at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen. She enjoys working one on one with clients as well as supervising other clinicians.

 

Sue holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and has several trainings and certifications, including: Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma, and Telehealth. She has also been trained in Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Ego State work, Gestalt, Family Systems, and mindfulness.
